What is the minimum order quantity?

Will the invoice be raised against my GSTIN so I can claim input tax credit?
Yes. Send your GSTIN with your order list and the GST-compliant tax invoice will be raised against it, carrying every field required under GST rules. Our own GSTIN is 04AACFH9741H1ZF, printed on all invoices for your records.
How quickly can a bulk order be dispatched?
Stock confirmed as available at the time of quoting is typically dispatched within one to two working days of payment clearing. Where a model is on allocation or has to be brought in, the quote will state the realistic timeline upfront rather than after you have paid.
Do you supply outside Chandigarh?
Yes. Dispatch is pan-India through trusted courier and transport partners, with tracking shared on WhatsApp. Bulk freight is not free and cannot be calculated at checkout — it depends on quantity, weight and volume, and delivery location, so we quote it in writing with your pro-forma invoice. Tricity deliveries to Mohali and Panchkula are naturally the quickest, but consignments go out to buyers across the country regularly.
Can I inspect the stock before committing to a large order?

What happens if part of a consignment arrives defective?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected units. Photographs of the packaging and the unit help us process it quickly with the transporter where transit damage is involved. You deal with us directly on this, not a returns portal.
