Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with iTechArena. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
All return requests must be initiated within 10 (Ten) days from the date of delivery or purchase (for store purchases).
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused and in new condition
- All original tags, labels, and protective films must be intact
- Original packaging must be available
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards must be included
- Valid proof of purchase must be provided
Note: Returns are only applicable to eligible products. Not all products are returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return (unless defective or damaged on arrival):
- Products marked as Non-Returnable on product page
- Activated devices or products with opened seals (where applicable)
- Software, digital products, or downloadable products
- Personal use items (where hygiene is a concern)
- Clearance / Final Sale items (unless defective on arrival)
3. Valid Reasons for Returns
You may request a return if:
- Product was delivered in physically damaged condition
- Product has missing parts or accessories
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product has manufacturing defect
- Product is no longer required (Only if eligible under product category policy)
Important: Some products may not be eligible for return due to change of mind, incorrect model selection, or wrong color selection.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
- Once approved, securely pack the item in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase and RMA details

In some cases, we may arrange reverse pickup depending on product category and location.
5. Device Data Responsibility
If returning smartphones, laptops, smart devices, or any storage device:
- Remove all personal data
- Logout from all accounts
- Remove screen locks and passwords
iTechArena will not be responsible for any personal data left on returned devices.
6. Inspection & Approval
Once received, products will be inspected. We reserve the right to:
- Approve return
- Reject return if policy conditions are not met
- Deduct charges if product is returned in improper condition
7. Refund Policy
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed via original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary by bank/payment partner)
Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless return is due to our error.
8. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- Same product replacement
- Replacement of defective unit
- Alternative product (price difference applicable)
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos / Videos of damage
- Description of issue
10. Sale & Promotional Items
- Some sale items may be Final Sale
- Insurance or shipping protection may be required for damage claims (if applicable)
11. Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
- Product is used or damaged by customer
- Missing accessories or packaging
- Return request is outside return window
- Serial numbers do not match
