  • Damage caused by third-party accessories
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email Us: Send your claim to [email protected] with your order number, product name, and a description/video of the issue.
  2. Assessment: Our team will assess whether the issue falls under warranty coverage within 2 business days.
  3. Service Centre Referral: Eligible claims will be directed to the nearest authorized brand service centre in your city.
  4. Resolution: The brand's service centre will repair or replace the product as per their warranty terms.

Important Notes

  • Always retain your purchase invoice — it serves as proof of warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be initiated within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
  • Out-of-warranty repairs can be arranged through the brand's service network at the customer's cost.
