Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
All products sold by iTechArena are 100% genuine and come with the brand's official India warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product category:

- Physical damage, cracks, dents, or broken parts
- Water damage or liquid ingress (unless explicitly stated by brand)
- Damage from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification
- Consumable parts (e.g., earpad cushions, carry cases)
- Damage caused by third-party accessories
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email Us: Send your claim to [email protected] with your order number, product name, and a description/video of the issue.
- Assessment: Our team will assess whether the issue falls under warranty coverage within 2 business days.
- Service Centre Referral: Eligible claims will be directed to the nearest authorized brand service centre in your city.
- Resolution: The brand's service centre will repair or replace the product as per their warranty terms.
Important Notes
- Always retain your purchase invoice — it serves as proof of warranty.
- Warranty claims must be initiated within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
- Out-of-warranty repairs can be arranged through the brand's service network at the customer's cost.
