iTechArena is the Sector 22-B storefront of M/s Harbans Singh & Sons, a Chandigarh family business established in 1953. Three generations later, the counter is still the same one: you walk in, you see the product, you ask whatever you want to ask, and you leave with it in your hand.

We are in the SCO market of Sector 22-B, one of the most central and easily reached commercial stretches in Chandigarh. If you know the Sector 22 market, you already know where we are.
By bus: Sector 22 is served by several CTU routes and the sector bus stop is a short walk from our shop front.
By auto or cab: Ask for the Sector 22-B SCO market — every auto driver in the tricity knows it. Give the driver SCO 1073 and you will be dropped at the door.
By car: Paid parking is available nearby for convenient access. Weekday mornings are the easiest time to find a space near the shop.
Coming from Mohali or Panchkula: Sector 22 sits close to the centre of Chandigarh, so it is an easy run in from either side and a natural stop if you are already in town.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Just walk in. We are open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and no appointment is needed. If you want a specific model kept aside for you, send a WhatsApp message to +91 9023252627 before you come and we will hold it for the day.
Can I see and test the product before I pay?
Yes, and we would prefer you did. For most categories we will unbox a unit, power it on, and let you compare it against the alternatives on the counter. Buying electronics is easier when the product is in your hand rather than in a photograph.
How do I check you have my model in stock before travelling in?

Do you offer EMI in the store?
EMI is available on in-store purchases only, at our Sector 22-B, Chandigarh showroom, through major credit cards and finance partners including Bajaj Finance and Home Credit. What if I change my mind after buying?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window. Bring the product back in original condition with all accessories, the packaging and the original GST invoice, and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Items with physical damage or signs of misuse are not eligible. For faults that appear after 7 days, come in anyway and we will help you raise the claim with the brand service centre.
