- Next Day Delivery (Selected cities only)
- Standard Delivery (3–7 Business Days)
- Store Pickup Option (Where applicable)
Delivery availability is shown at checkout based on your PIN code.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

- Delivery location
- Delivery speed selected

4. Shipping Methods

7. Delivery Confirmation & Security
For security reasons, some orders may require OTP or Signature on Delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or provide pickup instructions.
8. Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or high seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
9. Order Changes
Once an order is placed, address or shipping method changes may not be possible. Please contact customer support immediately if modification is required.
10. International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries. Customs clearance may be required, and import duties or taxes are paid by the customer. Delivery time varies by destination.
11. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact number, re-delivery or return shipping charges may apply.
12. Damaged Package During Delivery
If package appears damaged: do not accept delivery if visibly tampered, or record a video while opening the package. Contact us within 24–48 hours.
