Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across India takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad typically receive orders within 2-4 business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is charged at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also log in to your iTechArena account, go to My Orders, and click Track Order for live status updates.
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes! We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India including major cities, tier-2 cities, and most rural areas. During checkout, enter your pin code to check delivery availability.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately via our contact page or WhatsApp with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery on most products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact. Products with broken seals, physical damage caused by the buyer, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return.
Which products are not eligible for return?
- Earbuds and In-Ear Monitors (for hygiene reasons, once opened)
- Products with tampered serial numbers or IMEI
- Software, digital downloads, or activated licenses
- Items damaged due to misuse, liquid damage, or physical impact
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, visit our Returns page and fill in your order details, or contact our support team via WhatsApp or email. Our team will arrange a reverse pick-up at no extra cost for eligible returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 2-3 days), the refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and bank transfer refunds may reflect within 2-3 business days after processing.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes! If you would like to exchange for a different variant (e.g. different colour or storage option) or a different product, please contact our team within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Are all products on iTechArena genuine and original?
Yes - 100%. All products sold on iTechArena are sourced directly from authorised brand distributors and official importers. We do not sell refurbished, copy, or grey-market products. Every product comes with an official brand warranty and original packaging.

Do products come with all original accessories and box contents?
Yes. All products are sold in their original, sealed manufacturer packaging with all included accessories as specified by the brand. We never remove or substitute original box contents.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on eligible orders and pin codes. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery location. Please note that COD orders above ₹10,000 may require advance payment confirmation.
Do you offer EMI or No-Cost EMI?
Yes! No-Cost EMI is available on select products for tenures of 3, 6, 9, and 12 months via major credit cards (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak) and BNPL options. The EMI option is shown on product pages and at checkout where applicable.
Is it safe to pay online on iTechArena?
Absolutely. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. We do not store your card details on our servers. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
Warranty & Support
What warranty do products come with?
All products carry the official manufacturer warranty. The warranty period varies by brand and product category:
- Smartphones: 1 year manufacturer warranty
- TWS Earbuds & Headphones: 1 year
- Bluetooth Speakers: 1 year
- Smartwatches: 1 year
- Apple products: 1 year (AppleCare available separately)
How do I claim warranty on a product?
For warranty claims, approach the brand's nearest authorised service centre with your original purchase invoice (emailed to you at the time of delivery). You can also contact our support team and we will guide you through the process.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your product arrives with physical damage or is defective out of the box, please do not use it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the damage and your order number. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Do you offer technical support or setup help?
Yes! Our team can assist with basic setup, pairing, and usage queries for products purchased from iTechArena. Reach out via WhatsApp or our contact page and we will be happy to help.

How do I create an account on iTechArena?
Click on the account icon at the top right of the website and select Create Account. Enter your name, email, and password. Having an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and check out faster.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click on the account icon, then Log In, then Forgot Password. Enter your registered email and we will send you a password reset link within a few minutes.
How do I find the right product for my needs?

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Currently iTechArena operates as an online-only store, allowing us to offer the best prices without the overhead of a physical retail outlet. All purchases are made online and delivered directly to your doorstep across India.
